TransmissionRepairReferral.com requires thorough background checks on each repair center. Every repair center must employ Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or factory trained mechanics who are dedicated to quality service. In addition, all repairs come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile guarantee.

TransmissionRepairReferral.com requires all members to meet the following qualifications:

  • Certified ASE, or Factory Trained Employees
  • Maintain Annual Technical Training
  • State of the Art Repair Equipment
  • Use of latest Technical Information (ALLDATA, Mitchell, etc)
  • Good Better Business Bureau Rating
  • Must offer 12 Month, 12,000 Mile Warranty
  • Customer information database System
  • Maintain Shop Liability Insurance
  • Ensure all automotive memberships displayed
  • Clean customer waiting area, restrooms and shop
  • Pass a previous customer review process
  • Give prior written estimates
  • Actual work should not exceed 10% of estimate without permission from customer and agree to arbitration in case of a dispute
  • Free Multi-Point visual inspection for maintenance and safety
  • Repair Orders must clearly state; Complaint, Cause, and Correction
  • Maintain high ethical standards at all times
